Having recently had central sir installed in our home by your company, contracted by Home Depot, my husband and I wish to commend your Vice President of sales and marketing, Mr. Jared Hager, and the staff of three men responsible for the work.

Jared is an oustanding representative and spokesman for both your company and Home Depot. We respected and welcomed his expertise and integrity in providing us with the best possible airconditioning system. Structurally our home is not traditional, and her worked closely with us to satisfy our requests and needs.

The three installers, Ariel Cali, Jack Biggica and John Jordan, were excellent. They worked competently and tirelessly, always treating our home with respect, using drop cloths so as to accomplish their work as cleanly and neatly as the job would realistically allow. I commend them for their professionalism and I was always reassured when I sought out explanations and/or verification details of the job by both Ariel and Jack. It was so unbelievably unexpected that they should complete the job in two days, July 14th and 15th, for which we were extremely grateful. They are a credit to themselves as well as your company. We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with them, and thank them for their courtesy and friendliness. We would unequivicolly recommend them to our future customers.

Our confidence and satisfaction in dealing with Home Depot has once again be recomfirmed. The promptness and quality of service are deeply appreciated.
